A long-standing non-profit organization located in the San Gabriel area is looking for a CFO. While overseeing the accounting/finance team, the CFO will be responsible for all finance and accounting functions of the organization. Duties for the CFO include ensuring efficient accounting policies and procedures (i.e., fiscal budget process, regulatory and government audits, overseeing month / quarter/ year-end closes, A/P, A/R, payroll, etc.). The CFO will collaborate with executive leadership team on strategic analysis, prepare P&L statements and annual budgets, conduct business analytics, manage government grants and funded programs, lead cyclical audits, prepare regulatory compliance documents, prepare tax filings, as well as partake in strategic business operations decisions.
